The Bike Cooperative Team
Our dedicated team has over 40 years of collective experience working for the Members of The Bike Cooperative. We believe the independent bicycle retailer is the heart of the bike industry, and our singular goal is helping Bike Cooperative Members achieve their business goals. Outside the office, you’re likely to find us on our bikes, on the slopes, or on some other outdoor adventure!
VP of Operations
Carl has been part of the Co-op team since the very beginning in 2003. He leads our day-to-day operations, and works with our partners to offer Co-op members industry-leading credit card processing, consumer financing and extended protection programs. Outside the office, if Carl isn’t on two wheels then there’s only one other place he can be - on skis.
VP of Marketing
Since 2007 Tim has developed high-impact marketing programs that drive traffic and revenue for Co-op Members while effectively promoting their own unique brands. Tim is also The Bike Co-op’s PR guy and resident wordsmith. If you need a word, phrase, or a partner to play 18 holes, he’s your man.
Lacey helps her Members get maximum value from their Co-op membership. She makes recommendations, answers questions, and helps members implement new programs, while also recruiting new members. If you want to know what beer is better than what you’re drinking, and what band is better than what you’re listening to, ask Lacey. She knows these things.
Matt is responsible for the half of Co-op Members that Lacey doesn’t cover. Matt helps his Members get up to speed on Co-op programs, then does whatever it takes to help them execute successfully. Matt also helps us attract new members with his quick wit, winning personality, savant-level knowledge of movie quotes, and eerily accurate actor impersonations.
Marketing & Operations Coordinator
Ellen does it all for The Bike Co-op team, providing stellar support in every aspect of what we do. When Ellen is not holding it down at the office she can be found enjoying the outdoors, dominating at Tetris, or eating ice cream for dinner.
