HOLIDAY PROMOTION 2023 DETAILS

  • Mailer Format: Full-colored oversized postcard 5.5″ x 11″
  • Signup Window: Now – November 10. Sign up now to reserve your spot on the production schedule. Please note your Final Approval of your mailer will be needed at least two and a half weeks before your desired in-home dates.
  • Mailer In-Home Window: November 10-January 2. If you are planning another event outside of this window please let us know and we can work with you.
  • Three Design options: 1. Work with Workstand’s design team to customize their template or create a custom piece (starting at $250). 2. Design your entire custom piece yourself – we will send you the spec sheet  (no additional cost). 3. Use our online creative form to select customizations for your mailer (no additional cost).

THE DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGN PROCESS: 

  1. Sign up to participate! Fill in and submit the signup form so we can get you on the production schedule.
  2. Deadlines are provided. We send you your deadline dates for your creative, mailing list and final approval based upon your preferred delivery dates.*Your final approval will be at least 2.5 weeks prior to in-home dates for the holiday season.
  3. Time to work on your creative! Three options for your creative: 1. Work with Workstand’s design team and use their template design or customize your own – starting at $250. 2. Design your entire custom piece yourself – we will send you the spec sheet – no additional cost. 3. Use our online creative form to customize your mailer – no additional cost.   4. Send your mailing list. We then clean/dedup your mailing list and send back your cleaned reports.
  5. Including rentals? We just need to know your targeted zip codes and we can run your report.
  6. Final Approval given by you to print and mail your pieces. 50 copies will be sent directly to your store to have on hand and give out as you wish.
  7. Billing. We will send you an itemized invoice via email upon receiving your final approval. TBC Members: No action is needed from you and your order will be charged to your credit card on file during the next monthly billing cycle (around the 10th of the month).

SOME BEST PRACTICES

  • Sign up early to get on the production schedule!
  • Add unique offer codes so you can track ROI
  • Include a QR code on your piece to bring customers to a unique landing page on your website – helps track ROI
  • Send mailers to rental addresses to capture a new audience
  • Messaging should be clear and concise. Don’t overcrowd your mailer with paragraphs of text.
  • Use digital assets to increase visibility to your promotion: Social posts, emails, landing pages, etc. Direct Mail is only one medium you should be using.
